All products that you purchase from Jaywalk fall under the legal warranty. Legal warranty means that a product functions as you would expect. Despite the inspection that has been conducted, it may be possible that a material or production defect is discovered after receiving the product. Defects not caused by wear and tear are repaired by an expert. If repair is not possible, an alternative solution will be offered.
Defects caused by wear and tear or improper use are not covered by the warranty. Wear and tear and other signs of use can often be prevented by properly caring for the shoes. We request that you contact us first before returning a product with defects.
Complaints about products must always be submitted to the sales point where the product was purchased. The sales point will handle and assess the complaint. Complaints about products purchased through the official Jaywalk webshop can be submitted to info@Jaywalk.nl. Please provide a short description of the complaint, including one clear photo of the defect, one photo of the pair, and state your order number. We aim to handle and respond to your email within 24 hours.
Wear and tear to soles and heels, scuffed noses, bleeding dye, and wear of linings caused by perspiration, broken zippers, stains caused by water, rain and fluids and other defects caused by incorrect use, which are not the fault of Jaywalk, will not be refunded.
Jaywalk is not liable for any damages directly or indirectly, after delivery by any cause whatsoever caused to the buyer, to others, or to a property of third parties.
Jaywalk is not liable for the non-availability at the webshop or for technical or electronic errors on the website.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Jaywalk harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs, and expenses, including attorney’s fees, arising from or related to your use of the website and Jaywalk’s product.
